All vouchers have a validity of 6 months from date of purchase. Please note we only allow one flight experience per person.
If the participant is under 18 years old, please be advised that we require a parent/guardian to sit in the back of the aeroplane.
After purchase you will receive an email confirmation with a booking number on it. When you receive this, please call the school to book your flight (01234 752 272) and we will endeavour to find a slot in our calendar to suit your availability. If you would like a printable voucher to give to someone as a gift then also call the school and ask for this with the details of the person who it should be made out to.
Please note weekends are our busiest times, and sometimes require to be scheduled up to a month in advance. Most weekday bookings require around 1 week’s notice.
As weather can affect the safety of flights, a booked flight may be cancelled and rescheduled at short notice. Scheduled flights are also subject to aircraft serviceability and availability; however we will do our best to get you flying.
Bear in mind that for all flights the aircraft are quite small and entry and exit requires mobility for safety reasons. If you are constrained with mobility please phone and ask if you are unsure.
